The DV928A2NCI is a monitoring device to be installed in the Primary Cabins (conversion from High Voltage to Medium Voltage) of ENEL Distribuzione managed with isolated neutral or compensated neutral. The main purpose of the DV928 is to evaluate the effectiveness of the earth fault extinguishing systems (Petersen coil, shunt, etc.), on MT networks with isolated or compensated neutral and to perform some system monitoring functions useful for diagnostic purposes (control of the opening times of the MT switches and shunt).

The DV928 implements local processing of medium complexity, aimed at correlating the input signals and transmitting synthetic word signals of events to the Center via the TPT-2000.
The DV928 is completely configurable and programmable via a portable Personal Computer connected in ETHERNET. The application program of the DV928 can also be updated in the field via ETHERNET.
